Contrition is nice, but atonement is real. So far, Coleman has maybe talked the talk, but he has not walked the walk. Let him DO some good for victims of bullying, maybe speak at middle schools about what a jerk he was and now regrets having been. I'm thinking five year or so of that. Then, at the ripe old age of 24, he might run for state legislator.
But, hey, Coleman's experienced incumbent opponent couldn't beat a teenager, so what does that say about Kansas Democrats? Presumably, Coleman will be in the minority in the Kansas house, where he won't make much difference.
