I don't think that's how the girls we enabled to attend school see it.

But the point of my comment is that the test period is forty-fifty years, not twenty. I did not predict success, much as those "disagreeing" with me might wish. The more interesting question is whether, while we waited, we would in fact be safer from attack. I'm not sure that's true either. But life is risk, and certainty is rarely an option.
