Glamour magazine reports on Rowling:

"I know and love trans people, but erasing the concept of sex removes the ability of many to meaningfully discuss their lives. It isn’t hate to speak the truth,” she tweeted. “The idea that women like me, who’ve been empathetic to trans people for decades, feeling kinship because they’re vulnerable in the same way as women—i.e., to male violence—‘hate’ trans people because they think sex is real and has lived consequences—is a nonsense.”

How, exactly, this attitude can be described as "transphobia" or "bigotry" isn't clear to me. OTOH, the Potter bankers look Jewish as hell, and if Rowling has so much control of the movies, and there's a Star of David on the bank floor (where people walk on it!), it seems to me more likely that she is anti-Semitic than that she's too unaware to be anti-Semitic.

Thanks for the Marx quotes. I wonder how many self-styled Jewish Marxists are aware of them. For some reason, they never mention them...
