I agree with all this, but I think we need to put the blame where it belongs. Trump's elections are what destroyed American credibility. That WE, THE PEOPLE, of the United States of America would elect a low-life grifter to our highest office is all any ally or adversary needs to know about us. We are a failed democracy, as only a failed democracy would elect a Donald Trump.
