I agree with most of this article, but number three is, well, problematic, if I may borrow a woke worship word. People SHOULD suffer harassment or attack for their personal or political views IF those views are sufficiently dangerous to the community at large. The problem is that in the era of microaggression, EVERY personal or political view, even ones people don't even know they hold, is offensive to someone. The Overton window is too small, but that's a matter of degree, not principle. Anti-Semites do not stand on the same moral footing as heliocentrists. At the end of the day, a shared sense of what's off limits must prevail. The challenge is conforming the shared sense to common sense.
