I didn't say it was a negative position. I said it was more readily falsifiable and so the would-be falsifier should have the burden of proof. All the theists need is one counter-example. That is what distinguishes "there are no...." arguments from others and puts the burden of proof on the other side. The "no content" argument strikes me as a non sequitur, so striking it down doesn't dispose of the problem.
