I have no doubt that Hur's report is intended to hurt Biden politically, and that AG Garland would get a ration of shit if he didn't allow it to be published as Hur wrote it. But it makes no difference.

No one needs to tell the electorate that Joe Biden is too old to be president. When he proclaims his acuity, he might as well be saying "Who're you gonna believe - me or your lyin' eyes?"

Nikki Haley has it right: The party that replaces its superannuated front runner will win the election. If neither party does, then, whoever wins, we lose. (I'd vote for Biden's corpse over Trump, but that doesn't mean I think Joe should be president.)
