I think Biden has done a good job, and I think he would be re-elected in a walk, if he could walk. His disapproval numbers in his own party represent members' wish that someone else would run, not their dissatisfaction with his policies or achievements.

That said, I fully support Rep. Phillips's candidacy. I believe he is actually a stalking horse running for VP with someone of greater stature - one of the governors perhaps - but that's OK, too. If I didn't live in a late-primary state, I'd join the party and vote for him.
