Where does Alito say there is no right to privacy?

That RC doctrine makes no distinction between birth control and abortion cuts against the anti-Alito case, because he says that his opinion doesn't undercut Griswold.

Legislative law is superior to all other forms of law-giving, because the legislature can over-rule judge-made (common) law and constrain regulatory authority.

Non sequiturs and nonsense (examples?) don't vitiate a decision. You have to refute all his arguments to reject the conclusion. Pointing to a few arguments that don't impress you is essentially an ad hominem agument: He spouts nonsense, so nothing he says is right.
