I’m not kidding at all. I’ve followed Bill Maher’s show for years. I don’t ever recall him asking where are white celebrities to speak on any issues in the country, but he’s doing that here with black celebrities and he isn’t the only one in the media who has made that call.

You didn't say "Bill Maher." You said "WHITE PEOPLE." It's bad enough that you can't understand what Maher says or I write, but APPARENTLY, you can't even read what YOU write.

And what part of the effort do you think they will be?

They'll be the part of the effort where celebrities use their platform to encourage kids not to become criminals.

Are you this insulting to people in person? Or would you explain how rephrasing someone's position from "Black celebrities should speak about black on black crime" as "All black people respect all black celebrities" or "Crime in black neighborhoods can be simply resolved by celebrities speaking out about it" does not create one? My guess is you would try the latter. You'd fail of course, but at least you'd have the courtesy to try. Or would you?
