Ok, who should get how much COVID relief? It's so easy to say "not enough" when it isn't your job to say how much would be too much. If a couple is making 150k, just what does $2800 do for them? Airfare to Disney World? That's "relief"? Only in America.

In 2020, it was harder to assess need, because 2019 tax returns were pre-pandemic. But 2021 relief can be based on 2020 tax returns, which show more clearly who got hit by the pandemic. This is a COVID relief bill, not simply redistributive largess voted from the public Treasury.

But Lauren Elizabeth has nothing to offer. She is like the GOP railing against Obamacare with nothing to replace it. She just wants someone she doesn't dislike to get more by taking from someone she hates. The rest is details with which she cannot be bothered.
