"Once you’ve secured the fruits of your labor in the world’s most secure decentralized network, no one can take it away from you if you have the associated private keys."

Unless you're the guys who did the Colonial ransomware thing. How long before criminals figure out how to do what the FBI did? Or do we think the FBI is lying?

Bitcoin is the nuclear power of money, and Colonial was its Chernobyl. It makes no difference how efficient it is; it is too dangerous to be permitted to exist.

The problem is not that the get-rich-quick crowd does not understand Bitcoin's purpose. The problem is that those who do understand Bitcoin's purpose don't understand MONEY's purpose. Bitcoin will be replaced by digital dollars, euros, gold certificates, etc., if digitization makes sense. But decentralized money was rejected centuries ago by everyone who understands money. As money, Bitcoin is very old wine in a very shiny new bottle.
