So if Biden promised to build a bridge between New York and New Jersey, and Trump responded by getting Congress to authorize that same bridge, would you expect Biden to build a SECOND bridge? I mean, building a bridge is a discrete promise, right? Or is that just pettifoggery?

If Biden's promise is what motivated Trump, isn't that a reason to vote for Biden?
