Sorry, Trump voters are stupid. They have reason to be angry, and they had reason to believe that the Congressional swamp rats who couldn't muster more than 20% approval rating during Obama's second term offered no solution. But the idea that Donald J. Trump has anything to offer can survive only in an empty brain. Stupidity is not a sufficient reason to vote for Trump, but it is a necessary one. Biden's job is not to "win over" Trump voters; it's to put them back to sleep.
