Ten days ago, Ms. M. was explaining why she was not supporting Biden. Now, she's saying that she wants him to win. I guess that's progress, for a progressive. I have no problem with critiques of the Dems’ election strategy, but even there, I wouldn’t dwell on spilled milk. There is no extra credit for getting a self-fulfilling prophecy right. If the mistake is not ongoing, it can’t be corrected this cycle, so there is no benefit in addressing it until the post-mortem.

As a conservative, I find Joe’s antidisestablishmentarianism less threatening than some progressives do. But, as a conservative, I wish there were a defensible reason not to vote for Biden. But there isn’t, so I will.
