Thanks for the reply. I know you said you don't want to "get rid of gender," but your article is completely consistent with doing that and completely inconsistent with not doing it. I adopted my "bio" for a reason - what people say they don't want to do is often belied by what they in fact do. Even when challenged, you have not shown how a "masculine" person should behave differently from a "feminine" one. So why do we need the word?

To answer your question without writing an essay, I would take a bullet for my wife and not expect her to take one for me. I believe men should be drafted for military service and women not, but I believe all healthy people should feel a duty to reproduce, which puts a burden on women that men offset by being protectors. The dominoes the fall subsequently are many and complex, but that's enough for now.

I am amused by your using the term "worldview," as if any opinion on some aspect of life requires one to have some grand unified theory of life on earth. I don't know if I have a worldview. But I do have opinions.
