The interesting thing to this layman is that whoever was deciding on anti-coagulation ignored the hemotologists' recommendations at all. Did the deciders know that the recommendations were AI-based? How often are such recommendations ignored when they are not AI-based?

Also, the weekend thing suggests that the sample is too small to make much of. How did the PI let that happen?
