The only quibble I have with this excellent and important piece is the suggestion that “Nazi” is overused. It may be overused, but it is also underused. The entire Republican Party has been Nazified, as evidenced by the cowardice of its so-called leaders. Any Republican pol who is not as vocally anti-Trump as Christie is a Nazi.
