The problem with "White privilege" is that too many White people's lives suck. You simply cannot tell these people that they have "advantages" when there is always too much month left at the end of the money.

Comfortable White people may have become so thanks to the lack of competition from oppressed "others," but the term "White privilege" is not used exclusively in that context. Instead, struggling Whites hear it and wonder WTF these elitist bozos are talking about.

The term is a tactical failure and should be retired on that basis alone.
