The question is not whether OSHA can order vaccines. The question is whether OSHA can order weekly testing. To a lawyer, the vaccine is an alternative to required testing, not vice versa. (Just as getting health insurance was an exception to a tax to pay for health care.) Testing is just a temperature check raised up a notch. Maybe that's too much, too, but the decision has nothing to do with vaccines.
