That would be an accurate statement of Bernie’s feelings toward rich people…

Then why does he not make that statement in his ads or on the debate stage? He rails against “the billionaire class” not “stupid billionaires.” Is Mike Bloomberg a stupid billionaire? Is Tom Steyer? Did Sanders give them or us the benefit of drawing that distinction?

The linked blog post tells us what you think, not what Sanders, whose name does not appear in the piece, thinks. I see no evidence that it is Bernie’s position, too. What leads you to believe he shares your views?

Moreover, the blog post suggests that billionaires have “love” to gain from changing their ways. If public esteem is supposed to motivate the rich, why should a candidate’s perceived encouragement of hatred for them not motivate them, too? (Even if that hatred is only perceived, perceived it is, and perception — not your alleged “reality” — drives public opinion.)
