Dems are making a big mistake by pushing for ways to make it "easier to vote." There is only one secure form of voting: a SECRET ballot cast SECRETLY in a CLOSED booth. EVERYTHING ELSE (yes, I'm shouting) can be corrupted, which means not only that it will eventually be corrupted, but that it will IMMEDIATELY be ALLEGED to have been corrupted.

Where would Trump's Big Lie be if there were no mail-in voting, other than the pre-pandemic absentee stuff? The whole Stop the Steal movement is predicated on universal mail-in voting. It is a devastating attack because the lie is so easy to believe when so many votes are not visibly secret. The crap about Venezuelan machines and Jewish lasers is just makeweight. The real issue is vote harvesting and counterfeiting, neither of which happened, but both of which can be alleged and will be believed by losers.

Wherever possible, voting should be done in person in a booth. Making THAT easier - increasing hours and polling places - should be the Dems' focus, not devices that cry out to be attacked as ways to enable fraud.
