Trump has done some awful things, and I hope he gets nailed for them. But this piss-ant case just stinks.

I have no doubt Trump did what the the judge told the jury would make him guilty. But for reasons I won't get into, the judge probably got the law wrong, and Trump has an excellent shot at winning an appeal. With any luck, he will have lost the election by the time that happens. Either way, I believe the country will eventually be the worse for this case having been brought.
